French Bread brushed with Olive Oil then topped with diced Tomatoes and fresh Basil

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with Homemade Caesar dressing topped
with shaved Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Croutons

Minestrone Soup
Garden fresh vegetables in a Beef Broth

Entree:
Calamari Pescatore
Grilled Calamari Steak topped with a diced Tomato Clam sauce~ served with sautéed fresh Vegetables

Cannelloni Paolo
Homemade pasta filled with Garden Vegetables, Chicken, Beef and Veal.
Topped with Cream & Marinara Sauce

Pollo Scottodito
Tender Breast of Chicken sautéed in Sherry wine sauce with Red & Green Bell Peppers and fresh mushrooms.
Served with sautéed vegetables.

Dessert:
Homemade Tiramisu
Lady Fingers soaked in espresso, layered with Italian Marscapone & Cocoa.
Served with Creme Angelaise and Chocolate sauce.

Raspberry Linzer
Raspberry filled Almond Pastry served warm and topped with Bavarian Cream sauce.

White Chocolate Tartuffo
White Chocolate Ice Cream with a Raspberry sorbet center dipped in White Chocolate


Dinner: 5 pm to 10 pm.

Butternut Squash Soup
A creamy bisque of fresh Butternut Squash and spices

Garden Salad
Mixed greens tossed with fresh Tomatoes, Hearts of Palm, Mushrooms,
Artichoke Hearts, dressed in Rothschild's vinaigrette

Crab & Ricotta Pasta Shell
A pasta shell filled with tender pieces of Crab meat & Ricotta cheese
topped with our spicy Marinara

(served with sautéed fresh Vegetables & Roasted Potatoes)

Beef Tenderloin~Cabernet
Tenderloin of Beef sautéed in our Cabernet wine sauce

Swordfish Cippolina
Center-cut filet of Swordfish sautéed in White Wine,
diced Tomatoes & Green Onions

Vitello Asparagi
Thinly sliced sautéed veal topped with fresh Green Asparagus
and melted Gruyere cheese

Dessert:
Homemade Chocolate Mousse

Rich and creamy with a hint of Grand Mariner
Cherries Jubilee

French Vanilla Ice Cream served with warm Cherries and Brandy sauce
